The fourth StateLine Amateur Tour event of the season was Tuesday, June 6, at Tiffany Greens Golf Club. The one day tournament featured a total of 61 players. Kevin Rome made six birdies on his round as well as an eagle on the par 5 11th hole, on route to a four-under par, 68. Rome lead the way in the players division by seven shots over Ritch Nigh who took second at three-over, 75. Dennis McCormack took third with a four-over par, 76.
In the open division, Tanner Owen made only one bogey all day to go along with six birdies. His outstanding score of five-under par, 67, took home medalist honors. There was a two-way tie for second place in the division between Bryan Meyer and Brent Mertz who shot scores of two-over par, 74.
Brad Robinson and Greg Aikmus both tied for the top spot in the legends division firing two-over par, 74. Ron Brewer and Bob Bezek were in a two-way tie for third firing rounds of three-over, 75.
In the senior division, Mark Worthey played a solid round of golf coming in with a one-over par, 73, giving him the victory by three shots over Jim Gates who shot four-over 76. John Scarsella and Steve Groom both tied for third after scores of six-over, 78.
